    Hello, I didn’t see recently that my account was set to expire, I would like to renew asap. much of my business email is carried out through this domain.

    When did your domain expire? I am assuming it has just recently expired? You may have to get in touch with support (depending on how long it has been expired).

    If you’re talking about dahmrealty.com then that domain expired six weeks ago and has reached the redemption period. It is now more complicated and costly to recover that domain. You’ll need to agree to the extra charges that need paying to the Registrar. I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you.

    You may have to be patient before you receive a reply here as it is the weekend.

    Your domain dahmrealty.com expired a month ago and it’s now in redemption. This means that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

    A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

    For that, I have already sent you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

    If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.
