  Hi there,

  I have had trouble logging into my account to renew my domain registration and now I am unable to re-purchase it, due to the time lapsing while I had to access my account.

  The domain link in question is: http://www.jessielouphotographer.com/

  Is there anyway I can purchase the domain link again? All my clients are familiar with the site, I completed a template through wix to have my traffic go there and now it’s not working and it says it’s unavailable? Please excuse me while I have a breakdown! haha.

  Hello! I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance as it looks like your domain is currently in the redemption period. Please read here about what happens when a domain expires https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  WordPressdotcom’s registrar charges an extra fee of US$80 to recover the domain and staff will need you to agree to that charge before they can start the process. If they are successful, they will let you know.

  Hi there,

  That domain is in redemption with our registrar, as @justjennifer also indicated. We should still be able to recover it, so please let me know if you agree to the redemption fee and I can get the process started for you.

  I’ve just emailed you a link you can use to pay for the recovery. Once we receive payment I can email our registrar, and if all goes well your site should be working again in a day or to. In the unlikely event that the redemption fails, your payment will be refunded in full.
