  Could you please help me. It appears that my domain has expired and is in redemption period according to http://www.whois.com/whois/gadgetboy3dsolutions.com. Could you please assist me in getting my domain back?

  Hi there!

  After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)

  It’s important to note that during the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

  Thank you for the information.
  We reclaimed the site now, however we are struggling with the email forwarding of the emails. We have setup email forwarding to forward it to (email visible only to moderators and staff), but we are still get the following message:
  Address not found
  Your message wasn’t delivered to (email visible only to moderators and staff) because the domain gadgetboy3dsolutions.com couldn’t be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.

  Can you please assist in this issue?
