Expired Domain

  My domain expired on April 4. Thought I was on automatic renewal but apparently it did not work. Can somebody explain the steps for trying to renew and pay the redemption fee? Where do I go and what do i do?

  Once you have let your domain expire it no longer appears in your “Manage purchases” and staff intervention is required to attempt recovery. As you are aware, extra charges now apply as well as the renewal fee. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
  I have added modlook to the tag box on the right and hopefully in due course a member of staff will give you your options.
