Are you talking about hookservicesatx.com ?? That domain expired in April and is now in redemption. Staff can possibly recover it, but there are now increased costs in doing so. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
I have added modlook to ask staff to reply to you and explain your options.

Allowing a domain to expire
When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.
Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.
This thread is tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention.

Hi there,
The domain, hookservicesatx.com, has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

Is there a phone number I can call, and/or someone that I can speak with in order to take care of this ASAP?
-
There is no phone support And, kokkieh, Happiness Engineer (Staff) will follow up here as soon as he login in again.
-
Is there anyone, or any way that I can communicate with someone in real time in order to solve this situation?
-
I have sent a payment link via email, and I’ve contacted our registrar to restore the domain.
I know you’re anxious to get your site working again, but domain redemption is a manual process and the people who do those at our registrar usually don’t work weekends. So I don’t expect your domain to be restored until late Monday morning, US time, at the earliest. It’s possible it might only be restored on Tuesday.
We start sending renewal reminders 90 days before a domain expires, exactly because it’s not a simple process to get it back once it enters redemption. Even after expiration the domain is still on our system for about 40 days before the domain enters redemption and additional emails are also sent during this time.
If our reminder emails went to your spam folder or an automated filter in Gmail, please drag them to your inbox so Gmail learns to not filter those in future. I also suggest you set yourself a reminder in your calendar of the expiration date of the domain to prevent this happening again in future.

Thank you. I just payed. I didn’t see noted anywhere as to how long the registration will last, 1 year, more? I didn’t see an expiration date.
Also, the receipt says that it is set to auto renew. Is there a way to find out if it was set for auto renewal previously, I am mainly just curious about that. Thanks again. -
A domain’s renewal cycle at the domain registry (the database for a specific domain like .com) starts on the day a domain is first registered, so in this case your domain expires every year on April 24. As long as the domain is never cancelled at the registry, that remains the expiration date. That date would only be reset if the domain was deleted completely (e.g. after the Redemption phase completes), and registered as a new domain again.
We did attempt to renew your domain, but it looks like the autorenew failed. This usually happens if the bank declined the transaction for some reason. We sent an email to notify you that autorenew failed on 24 March, but it might have landed in Spam or a filter in Gmail.

We’ve been lucky – your domain is already restored and showing your Wix site again.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
