  Hi guys! My domain has expired without my noticing it and now it is impossible for Wild West Domain to process the payment. I ve been told I need to do this with you.

  I don’t mind paying as long as I can recover my blog.

  My domain is: titinroundtheworld.com and I have the account number and PIN if you need it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Gemma! Im trying but I can’t log in with that other account. Non of the password I can think of worked. I dont even know why I have two accounts, or a different one now.

  Can it be done with account number and PIN? I`ll keep trying to log in with the other account in the meantime

  Hi again! I can’t seem to be able to log in with titinroundtheworld. Actually, I am seeing my blog in this dashboard!!

  Is there any way you can help me pay? I don’t mind paying more money or whatever is necessary, I really need my blog back please!!

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

  @timethief Thank you for your answer! I can’t log in into other account. It looks like now titinroundtheworld is associated with this account (although in “Purchases” there are no receipts whatsoever.) I tried asking for password reset but I don’t get any e-mail!

  I bought the domain in 2013 from you guys. A few months later I migrated to wordpress. org and bluehost.

  So Im not sure what happened with my wordpress.com account but I talked to Wild West Domain and they said it was you who I should talk to.

  They gave me my account number and I have the PIN. Isnt it possible to process the payment with that information only? They only thing I can’t do is log in to wordpress. com with “titinroundtheworld” username.

  I can provide you with all the details and proof of acount ownership!

  Please help! I don’t want to lose my blog :(

  titinroundtheworld.com has expired and is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  The request to recover a domain in redemption must come from the account that owns it. I’ve sent an email to the address on the account you are logged in to now (angiederrico) — I’ll follow up with you there about the next steps.

  Wild West Domain and they said it was you who I should talk to.

  Wild West Domains is our domain partner however, we provide support for domains registered through WordPress.com.
