Expired Domain

Hi there,
Our domain recently expired (4/23) and I would like to renew it. We thought it was on auto pay but realized it wasn’t when it was too late. I’m unable to renew it from my dashboard… any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you still face the issue, You can get a staff to reply to your question by adding ‘modlook’ tag in the sidebar.

You failed to provide the domain URL starting with http:// that you refer to.
Allowing a domain to expire
When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/. If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.
I’ve tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention.
If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

The domain I’m referring to is: http://farmhouseestatesales.com/ & we’re happy to pay the redemption fee and any other fee associated with its recovery.

I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore farmhouseestatesales.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
