expired domain

    Our scholarship website is now expired and the administrator that owned the account is no longer with our school. How do we fix this?

    Hi –

    I’m happy to help get this sorted. Please provide the URL of the site in question. There aren’t any custom domains associated with your user account.

    Once I know the domain, I can locate the correct account, and reach out to the owner re: the renewal.

    If you have any contact information for this person you should reach them asap. Domain renewals are sensitive and I’d hate to see y’all lose it permanently. They may also be willing to transfer ownership to someone who is still active on the project.
