I recently asked about an expired domain. I got a link sent to me to recover it but I didn’t have my credit card on hand so I closed the email to return to it. Now I can’t find the email or the link that was sent to me.

No problem, I’ve reset the email to the address on your Account Settings page — this includes a payment link and more information about the next steps.

Please let me know if that email doesn’t come through.

Just had a thought — it might also be worth checking your spam folder in case the emails are going there.

Hi! So I checked my spam folder twice and I’ve made sure my email was up to date. I get emails letting me know you’ve responded to my question, but I still haven’t gotten a link to go to the payment page!
