Need to contact someone to renew a domain that expired 8 days ago
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

My domain expired 8 days ago (without advance notice). How do I actually get in touch with someone to renew this? There is no renewal button when I look at my upgrades and domain list page.
-
the owner of the upgrade was sent several emails on the expiration – you need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns the upgrade to renew it
I have also flagged this for the staff to review your account

Thanks for your prompt response.
We are a non-profit group, and the original owner is long gone. I don’t know how to get the original sign in.
Can we reset it to me, somehow? I was thinking that it was.

I do not show any domain upgrades that belong to your account. You will need to contact us from the account that made the purchase.
If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpasswordPlease follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so make sure you read it for important instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folders as well because the confirmation email can get caught in them sometimes.

All upgrades at WordPress.COM are owned by the original account / user that purchased them (unless transferred to another account) – upgrades can only be renewed by the owner of the upgrade – WordPress.COM is real hard nosed on the privacy issue –
while you are waiting for the staff to help – my advice is to start contacting the original owner to get the domain transferred to another account
