  Hello! I missed the renewal date for my domain. How can I correct this?

  Hi @megagnew6c5d133789, it must be under another account. Can you log in as that user and head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases for renewal or further instructions? If you don’t know the username, can you tell us the domain so we can look up the correct account?
