Your domain puresaltinteriors.com expired on May 30. We sent several email warnings before it expired.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 90 days. You can learn more about expired domains here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that we are still able to recover your domain, as it is currently in the Grace period: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#grace-period
You’ll need to pay the regular $18 renewal price before we can recover the domain.
I have sent a payment request for the total of $18 to the email address on your account. Once the payment is received, we will send a note to our domain partner regarding puresaltinteriors.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.
Please hurry though, as will enter the Redemption period next if not renewed soon: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-period

Thank you for the reply, I went to try to pay and the button on the payment page is broken, can you resend please?

It appears to have worked, it reports a successful payment 4 minutes ago. :)
I have contacted our domain partners and we’ll let you know as soon as the domain is recovered.

Thank you. It finally went through!
I know it says it takes 72 hours to be reinstated, but all of our teams emails are down. Is there anyway to get it back up sooner? Especially since our acct was on autopay and it was a glitch?

Hi there,
It says that it takes up to 72 hours to be reinstated, but it usually is much quicker than that – normally within the first 24 hours. We’ll definitely reach out to you as soon as we hear back from our registry partners.
Thanks,

Hello,
Just wanted to check in to see if there’s any way to get an update. We are floundering without email capabilities and it’s all connected to our domain. I’ve tried to get in touch with a human being over the phone as this is an extremely urgent business matter, but can’t seem to get anyone. Please provide an update ASAP as our business depends on this! -
We’ll let you know as soon as the domain is recovered.
We do not provide phone support, and there is no way to increase the speed of the process regardless.
We are waiting to hear back from our domain partner that the domain has been recovered, and we will let you know as soon as that has happened.

Hi there!
Good news… your domain is up and running again. If you head to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage, you’ll see the button that gives you the option to set your primary domain. From there, you can choose your custom domain that’ll display for visitors. Let us know if you need more of a hand!
