  Hi there,

  Our records show that your domain is currently on-hold. This means that we may still be able to recover it at its regular renewal price. For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

  Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  Hello again,

  Just checking in to see if you’re still interested in recovering your domain, as payment appears to be pending. Once payment is fulfilled, we’ll be able to proceed with next steps in the recovery process.

  If we don’t see any progress by March 18th, we will take that to mean that you are no longer interested in recovering your domain and cancel the payment request.

  Hi @nataliesallaum,
  we’ve received your payment and restored the domain back to your account.

  You should be able to access it as usual. You may, however, need to set up the email forwarding again as it’s not working at the moment.

  Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.
