Expired domain.

  Hello,
  I just realized that I had my domain expired, I thought it was on Auto-renew, but because I issued new Credit card and I totally forgot to update it on the website, it’s been really tough times since months in this global epidemic.
  Your help would be appreciated to recover it if possible.

  Hi there,

  Please let us know your domain name and also when was that domain expired.
  Once a domain expires, it goes through a series of steps that make it increasingly difficult (and more expensive) to renew.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of defrabit.com?

  That domain expired on 24 March, but we should still be able to get it back for you.

  I’m sending you a link via email that you can use to pay for the renewal. Once we receive your payment we can contact our domain provider to ask that they restore the domain to your account.

  Yeah it was for defrabit.com. I just made the payment, from the link you’ve sent me Kokkieh, and waiting for the next step.

  Thanks. I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the domain. They usually respond within 48 hours. We’ll let you know as soon as we hear from them.
