Expired Domain

  I need help getting to my domain. I closed my website account with you guys but can’t log in to pay for my domain. Now my active site is not connecting because it’s expired. Please help.

  Hi there!

  Which domain are you referring to?
  If you had a domain registered on WordPress.com and closed your account, the domain and any other subscriptions would have been canceled.

  The domain is http://www.EbonyaHarris.com

  I transferred it over to wix, however they state it’s still with automattic. And I have emails for when I was about to expire but I wouldn’t let me log into my old account to pay it nor did it give me any alternative route to pay for it either.

  The email connected to my old account is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I can’t see the domain http://www.EbonyaHarris.com connected to this account. Is it possible that you have multiple WordPress.com accounts with different email addresses?
