Expired domain

    The emails for the expiration of my domain connected to this site (kerriannotano.com) all went to my spam. Can you help my recover this?

    The site I need help with is kerriannotano.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    I see that the domain was registered under a different WordPress.com account. Due to security reasons, the request must come from the email address which owned the domain before it expired.

    I’ve sent an email with the payment link to redeem this domain from redemption to the email address we have for the other WordPress.com account. Please ask the other administrator to check their email and reply to our email.
