Expired domain

A client of mine let their domain (registered via WordPress) expire. It appears to be in the Redemption Period now. The domain name is pangawarrehouse.com. How/where can I pay the redemption fee and attempt to recover the domain?

Domain expirations are very time sensitive and can be quite risky if the domain is in demand, so we’ll want to get this restored as quickly as possible. Apparently the client didn’t have access to the email on file. He logged in and changed it this morning. Sorry about that! Are you able to re-send the invoice?

Sure! We’ve just resent the payment link. Please make sure to let us know once the payment has been completed, as we’ll need to start the domain recovery process manually after the payment has been completed.

We have received the manual payment for the domain. It was successfully restored to the account and set back as the primary site address.
Please note that a payment method will need to be added to the domain under Upgrades > Purchases from the Dashboard for future auto-renewals.Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions and we’ll be happy to help :)
