  My domain registration is expired and I can not see the button “Reload” to make the payment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It appears the domain upgrade is owned by another admin user account. If that’s your account, you can log in and renew the domain. If not, you will need to contact that individual to renew the domain, or to request they contact us to transfer the domain upgrade to you.
