Hi there!
It looks like your domain has expired a long time ago. Domains go through a complicated process after they expire. During this time, it is common for the domain’s original owner to permanently lose access to the domain because of the multi-step expiration process. You can learn more about the domain expiration process here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
At this point, your domain is in the redemption period. There is still a short window during which you can recover the domain. However, there’s an $80 charge for the renewal. It’s charged by the registry and something we can’t waive.
If you’d like to recover the domain, please let us know and we’ll send you a payment request for $80 + the domain’s original price. If you don’t want to renew the domain at the late renewal fee, you can wait until the domain has gone through the redemption process. If the domain is not sold off at an auction, you may register it at the regular price at the end of the expiration process.
That, however, is a risky process and not something we recommend if you intend to use the domain.
If you want to recover the domain, please let me know, and I’ll send you a payment link via email.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.

Hi,
Thanks for confirming it.
We’ve already emailed you a manual payment link to restore the domain.
Please let us know once you’ve made the payment so we can restore the domain.
Thanks!
