Expired domain

  Greetings,

  Our domain name (dpelspublishing.com) was expired and we’d like to repurchase it as explained on the link (https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/) by paying the additional amount on its redemption period. Could you kindly assist us in doing so since we couldn’t contact the chat representatives as the hosting packages were also expired? We just require the domain name at the moment. Thanks in advance.

  It would have helped if you had enabled auto renew to avoid this issue. That domain expired so long ago that it may be too late for staff to recover it as a whois says “pending delete”. In that case you would be able to re register the domain at some point (if no one else snags it first). However I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could advise you further.

  When can I get it at the earliest after the who is information is deleted or how can I get it at the earliest before this address is deleted?

  That “pending delete” message only displays for a few days and who knows when it first displayed. The best thing would be to keep on regularly trying to register the domain anew.

  Look, I need this domain name right now and all my transactions are carried out through this domain name and all previous transactions are carried out through this domain. The printed business cards, catalogs were printed and distributed on this website, so I need this domain name.
