Expired domain

  How do I remove a domain/blog from my account? I have a second blog on my account. The domain expired and was purchased by another person. He has posted his own content to the new domain but the blog still shows in my account. I cannot access that admin page to remove the blog as he is hosting his own blog. How do I remove this?

  What is the URL?
  Is this a WordPress.ORG site or a WordPress.COM hosted blog that you refer to?

  At this time you can’t delete self hosted sites from your account but Staff can. In the future you will be able to delete them yourself. Provided you post the URLs of self hosted blogs you want deleted from your account into a forum thread like this one, Staff can do this for you. Please do that now as I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  URL is thestoryabout.com

  It was hosted in my wordpress.com as a second blog. I want this domain removed from my account.

  I’m running into a snag trying to disconnect the site. I’m looking into it and will let you know when this issue is resolved.

  Sorry for the delay. I’ve removed you from that Jetpack site. You should no longer see the site in your list of sites on WordPress.com.
