Expired domain

The WordPress.com user who purchased the domain is the only user who can manage and renew that domain. You can see who that is next to “Purchased by” under the domain name, at Store > My Upgrades in the site’s dashboard:

That user can reply here or contact us directly for more help recovering that expired domain. Please let me know if you have any questions about that.
