  I can’t access my expired domain – it won’t renew

  I’m sorry for the trouble opening the page to renew that domain as a gift. I’m checking with my team now to find out why that isn’t working.

  The domain nataleighb.com is owned by a different WordPress.com account, not your username nataleighballantyne35. To renew the domain normally (not as a gift renewal) you’ll need to be logged in to the account that owns the domain.
