expired domain content

  Hello, my domain laiya.co expired last year and i am wondering if i can recover it. It is an email i don’t use anymore which was why i missed the renewal emails. When I log in it does not appear to be there anymore so i can’t just reactivate it. I am more concerned with my content then my domain, can i recover this?
