Expired domain, disrupted service need assistance!

  I think they have some old content on the old Vista Print site – shouldn’t that be transferred (copy & paste) to the site here – or at least saved to their PC in some way (both text and any images) – I would think that they would need the Vista Print site up – probably with the old domain name so they can get to it –

  yes, they will need to bring their content into WordPress.com somehow. I don’t know if VistaPrint has an export feature and if so, what format it might be.

  It’s important to grab that content before messing with the domain though. Good call on that.

  That’s step #1m actually. I don’t think WP offers VistaPrint as an import option, so it’s probably back to old fashioned copy and paste, which is OK, since there’s some outdated content on the site.

  All you need is a day off. and some energy/motivation ;-)

  We do not offer an import option for VistaPrint. However, if VistaPrint offers an export option it’s possible that one of our existing importers will read that file. Please let me know if that’s the case, and what kind of file you receive from VistaPrint, and we can go from there.
