  What are the steps to renew an expired domain?

  Hi there- That domain is registered through GoDaddy, not through us. It is only mapped to WordPress.com and only the mapping is expired. The mapping can be renewed here:
  https://starkravingsisters.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  But note that it’s owned by another user account – not the user account you’re writing us from. You will have to log into that account to see the renew option at that link.
