Expired domain. Help required.

Hi there, my domain has expired and has been deleted. How can I retrieve my domain name? I do not see it listed in my wordpress sites. If my domain is gone, how can i purchase a new domain and change my exisiting website domain name. Kindly revert.

What domain are you trying to get back? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any custom domains on WordPress.com.
Please note that for us to try and restore an expired domain, we need the request to come from the account that used to own the domain.

I am trying to login and retrieve my website http://www.psamonlinestore.com. I did open up a wordpress account to create this website and using woocommerce plugin. Are you able to retrieve which account or email address did I use to create this website via wordpress? Initially I thought this email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) was the one i used to create. But you mentioned that this was not the account. Please advise.

Public records for the domain show that it’s registered at FastDomain and pointing to another host.If you remember where you bought the domain and hosting you’ll want to reach out to them for help recovering the domain.
