Expired domain in redemption not visible in dashboard

  Hi there, I was not able to renew my expired domain in time and it is now not visible in my dashboard. Based on the support documents on wordpress, I can surmise it is currently in the redemption period. Could I get assistance with this please? Thank you!

  You created the account xxdasimxx only a few hours ago. It cannot own a domain you created back in 2020. That’s why you don’t see that domain in your dashboard.

  You must log out from current en log in again to the account owning that domain.

  Hi, thank you for clarifying. We believe this is the account used for the creation of the domain, however I do not see it showing up in the purchases portion of the dashboard.
