Expired Domain Issues

  My domain expired and I recently renewed it (redroosterfarms.org). It shows under My Domains as my primary domain and that it expires in April of 2016; but it doesn’t connect with anything. It is a domain through WordPress; am I supposed to be mapping something? How to I make the domain work?

  In addition, when I used the Domain Helper, it says that the domain is expired and that it is not registered. My .wordpress.com blog doesn’t lead anywhere anymore. Under billing history it doesn’t show my recent payment of $18, nor my accidental payment to map a domain for $13 (that I can’t find out how to get a refund for…) though the payments are definitely on my bank account.

  Hi @vintagedm,

  It looks like the domain registration was cancelled at some point, then mapping was added, but the domain was not registered again. Can you try adding it again here?
