Expired domain mapping led to loss of custom theme

  I just noticed that a client’s blog had lost its custom theme. Upon logging into their blog I noticed the domain mapping had expired. I renewed it. How do I get the previous theme customization back? I did not originally customize the blog and therefore do not have the files locally. Will they be “turned on” again, now that the domain mapping was renewed? Are the customized themes on the WordPress server? Need help asap.

  Domain mapping and related issues are not for the volunteers to deal with as we have no back-end access to the blogs. You should try and contact support about this. I hope they’ll be able to sort this out for you and your client.
