Expired Domain Name Renewal
-
Hello! I am sorry to jump in here – but I’m having the same issue and my site is down. Can you please help me?

Is this for the domain, allthingsmamma.com? It should still be possible to recover that domain, but I’ll need you to agree to the $80 recovery fee before I can attempt to recover it.
I’m going off duty now, but I’ll check in on this thread in a few hours if you’ve replied.

Your domain has been restored and is once again showing your site.
@designactionstudio and @vanhuellen
I need you to agree to the $80 recovery fee before I can get the recovery process started, as your domains expired in May and July respectively, and are both now in redemption.

My site is Rewatchability.com and we are having the same problem, it is down. We desperately want to pay the $80 to get our domain back now that it’s in redemption. Can you please send me a link to pay the recovery fee?
Thanks so much in advance!

I see someone else has already replied to you in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/expired-domain-help-2 and also sent you an email. Please reply to that email for help with this.

Got it and paid! THANK YOU!!! You are so appreciated – you have no idea!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Restoring a domain can take about two days, and can take a bit longer over the weekend. I need you to please be patient while we wait for them to do this. As it’s a completely different company, there is no way for me to speed up the process from our side.
-
I wasn’t aware it could take so long. So sorry! I am in panic mode. :( Payments getting rejected, clients upset. I am just trying to do damage control. I appreciate your help! I really hope it’s sooner than later.
I spoke with the registar at Wild West Domains and they said they have it as active and paid until 2017. So I am confused as to why it’s not actually active? I may not understand.
Thank YOU for your patience with me. Any insight is helpful.

I double checked and that domain was definitely cancelled due to expiration, so they’ll need to restore it to our account. It could be that the person you spoke to did not have the correct information, as we’re a reseller for Wild West Domains and domains bought through our account is on a different system than domains registered directly with them. For that reason they also won’t be able to help you if you contact them directly.
But the process has been started from our end. Hopefully you won’t have to wait too long.

Thank you for checking!
Is there anything I can do to speed it along? Anyone to talk to or call?
Are we sure it will get back up? Are there any issues that it won’t get reinstated? No chance of getting resold now that it’s paid?
So sorry. I’m in a compete meltdown mode and panic. I honest am at a loss in many ways.

There is nothing you can do to speed the process up at this point.
I see no reason why it won’t be restored. Domain expiration takes several weeks, so it would be at least another month before someone else can buy that domain, so you’re not at risk of losing it at this point. We were able to start the process soon enough to prevent that.

Ok. Thank you. If you happen to think of anything you or I can do – please let me know. 😊
Also will it just reappear or will I have to do something to make it happen?
