Expired Domain, need to get up and running today

Hi,
Our domain for tahoe-style.com expired and we need it back up and running. Could you please help? It may be easier if I could switch the host over to squarespace…? I never got an email about this expiring from you guys.
I go to renew from the notifications and will no longer let me.

It seems to be a yearly tradition to let that domain expire. You’ll have to wait untill a Staff member is available.

It looks like your domain is currently in the redemption period, as it was not renewed on time.
We’ve sent you a manual payment request via email. Please pay using that link and reply here to let us know. We’ll then start the recovery process, which can take up to a week.
I’d also suggest turning on automatic renewal after the domain has been redeemed so that you don’t have to pay the redemption fee every year. It seems you’ve let the domain go into the redemption period, which ends up costing you higher.

We received your payment and the domain has been redeemed. You will see it in your account at Upgrades > Domains.
I recommend adding your payment info to the domain subscription page so that it auto renews, to prevent needing to redeem it next year!
