Expired Domain–not in ‘Purchases’

  Hi there,
  My domain expired on May 20. It is not in my ‘Purchases.’ Is it still possible to redeem it? Many thanks for any and all help!

  Looks like you’re inquiring about mountaintracksmedia.com is that right? The domain is still in redemption and I’ve sent a note to our domain partner about getting it restored.

  You’ll see I’ve sent secure payment form to you via email. Please submit that payment as we won’t be able to restore the domain to your account until that has been done.

  Typically it only takes 2-3 days to hear back from our domain partner.

  Hi there,
  I paid for my domain redemption as soon as I received your email. But it looks like the domain has not been restored. :( How do I find out the status on this?

  Hi Adrienne,

  It looks like there was a problem with our request to the domain provider to restore your domain. I’ve sent them a new request, so hopefully it will go through this time. I’ll let you know as soon as we get a reply from them.
