Expired Domain – Recovery

  Due to transition of accounts and personnel, a domain recently expired that we need to recover as soon as possible. This account used to be paid under a different email prior to transfer, so I cannot see it listed under domains and I cannot see any payment history. There is no one to call on WordPress so I am posting here in the hopes someone can advise on how I can recover this quickly please? Thank you so much.

  Hi kosaircharities,

  Is hatsforhopelouisville.org the domain you wish to renew? If so, this domain expired on 20th September 2018. It can no longer be renewed through your account so I will need to send a payment request for the domain cost and contact our domain registrar to make a request for it to be restored.

  It’s worth noting that if the domain enters the redemption period between now and then, an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain cost.

  I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page and will contact our registrar once that has been paid.

  Please let me know if you need help with a different domain though.
