All support just sends me to the ‘Community Support’ Is there no one at wordpress that a person can just speak with or chat to? Its super frusterating that no one at the company I have been with for 6 years even gives an option for my first ever issue in 6 years… Super frusterated user…

The way it sounds, you might need to be logged in with a different account than the one you are using to post here in the forums.
