Expired domain renew

    Hi,
    I want to renew jnp-project.com (it’s expired now).

    I have a message “Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.”

    How can I renew the domain?

    Hello there,

    Since the domain expired a month ago, you won’t be able to renew it directly through your dashboard.

    No worries, though; we have a couple of options to help you get your domain back. First, I can email you a payment form. Once you’ve completed the payment, we’ll work on restoring your domain.

    Alternatively, you might consider purchasing one of our annual plans, like you did before. If you choose this route, we can restore your domain for free as part of the plan upgrade.

    I need to share an important update regarding your domain status.

    Your domain has just entered into an auction. This means that, at this point, we’re unable to recover it. Domains that expire and aren’t renewed on time sometimes go through this auction phase, which offers other parties the opportunity to purchase the domain.     However, there is still a path forward. The auction is scheduled to end on March 24. After the auction concludes, and provided that the domain hasn’t been sold, it will enter a redemption phase. During this time, we’ll be able to restore your domain. I understand this might not be the news you were hoping for, and I truly wish we had more control over this process.

    Hey there,

    You are correct! The domain can be renewed from your domain page under Upgrades > Domains by selecting Renew next to the domain. If you have any trouble, let us know and we can send you a payment link and renew it manually.
