Expired Domain Renewal

Hello,
I purchased my domain a few years ago and was managing my site from wordpress. Last year I started using squarespace and arranged the settings to keep using my wordpress domain.
At some point I must have missed the message that the domain would expire soon and now my website comes up empty, with this notice: ‘server DNS address could not be found.’
Of course, I’d like to renew the purchase but I’m at a loss as to where to do that. I read that I should be able to find a contact number in the Purchases section, but there doesn’t seem to be one.
I’d greatly appreciate any help on the matter so that I can get the site up and running as soon as humanly possible.

Hi there,
Your domain expired on 3 April, and stopped working a week ago when it was removed from our account. It is now in redemption with our registrar, which means they are preparing to delete the domain and release it so anyone can buy it again.
We should still be able to get the domain back from the registrar, but once a domain enters redemption they charge an $80 fee to do that, in addition to the $26 to renew the domain. Let me know if you want to try and get the domain back, and I’ll send you an email with the next steps.
Meanwhile I’ve cancelled and refunded the mapping upgrade you bought yesterday, as that only works if you already own the domain.

Hi Terry,
I’ve sent you an email with a payment link. Once we receive payment we can contact the registrar to request they restore the domain.

I am having the same issue. I also need a payment link. My site expired two days ago and there is no where for me to pay.

Hello, I still have a problem, we are not able to get the web site up and running. When you go to http://www.kindredspiritscr.com this is what it says.

We did go to manage your web settings here, but it still did not work.
