expired domain renewal?

  I just found out that my domain holisticgesundheit.com did expire in October 2013. I never got any email notifications that it’s time for renewal. I could not figure out online how to renew my expired domain. I did get charged last October 12th 2012 on my Amex card ending in [Redacted by staff]
  and was under the impression it would be deducted automatically every year.
  my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  please let me know what needs to be done to have my website working again?

  The domain holisticgesundheit.com was purchased by a different WordPress.com user, and they were the owner of this expired domain. We’ll need that user to contact us or email us directly from the email address on their account to discuss how to recover this expired domain.
