  Can you help me try to get back my expired domain name?

  Please share the name of your expired domain name.

  How long has it been since your domain registration expired?

  Hi,

  I have read about the procedure and have (embarrassingly) gone through this several times.

  I believe it expired on the 24th of October. I guess I need someone who can look into the current status of the domain name and help me retrieve it if possible.

  Hi emiliodelpozo,

  Thanks — thejadeleaf.com expired on 24th September 2018 and is currently in the redemption period.

  At this stage, we can still try to recover the domain but an $80 redemption fee will be added to the regular cost. I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page and will contact our domain registrar to start the recovery process once your payment has come through.

  If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released. Although please be aware this process can take 80 days or more and there is no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.

  Your payment has come through, thanks. I’ve contacted our registrar and will let you know when I receive a reply — this is usually 1-2 business days.
