Expired Domain Transfer

    Hello,

    I have a domain, focimagazine.com, that has expired and I want to get the transfer code. The WordPress guides show that I should be able to do this from the buttons available in this domain’s settings, but these buttons are not visible.

    I can’t see anyway to remove the privacy of the domain either, which might help (according to some other support posts on similar issues).

    How do I get the transfer code required?

    I contacted support but have received no response.

    Once expired, a domain cannot be transferred. You will need to renew the domain in question, then you will be able to transfer.
