  My domain name, PLL-consultants.com, expired. I am within the grace period. How do I renew?

  That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. Please log in to that other account of yours to be able to renew your domain.

  This didn’t work because I don’t have an activation URL (I transferred domain from another host) and I don’t have a transaction ID. The domain I want to renew was created from this same account as I’m logged in with, using the same username (email address) and password.

  Even if you do not have access to the correct account, if you have your payment information you can use our “Why was I charged?” tool. It was built for situations such as this:

  Unfortunately, I have no idea about the payment info either. Any other ideas? Is it not possible to get on a call with a human being to resolve?

  We’re all human beings, but we are not in a call center.

  I can also confirm it’s under a different username than the one you’re using here. You could also use the email address to log in — can you log out, then log back in using the one we sent the original receipt to? I think that will be your best bet. Again, it’s not this address:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  So you’ll want to check your other addresses.

  And, because you bought upgrades when you transferred the domain in, you would have access to the transaction ID, although it may take pulling up an older statement.
