expired payment information

    I got notice that 2 sites were about to expire due to old credit card info. I’ve updated the credit card information in The Store I think, but can’t see a confirmation that says it has been received and the sites will not expire.

    Hi Susan,

    For your humeclinic.com site, you’re all set. It is currently set to expire in June 2014 and will auto-renew a month prior (to allow time to fix things if the credit card is declined or technical issues, etc).

    For becomingawholeman.com, it appears the domain upgrade was tied to the previous blog owner’s account, so the change didn’t “take”. I’ve moved the upgrade to your account, so you can see it at https://becomingawholeman.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

    Please renew this one at your convenience as it is due to expire in 27 days.
