Expired site and professional email

  My site and professional email expired because I didn’t change my payment method. When I try to access my account it just sends a login link to the email I can’t access. The chat bot won’t connect me to a human. All I want to do is change my payment method and recovery my site and email. Is this impossible with WordPress?
