  Hi!
  I need to get SkiHurdal website up and running again. The host Miriam Øversjøen isn’t working with us any longer. However, I am the owner of the skiresort. Can you make me head administrator and remove Miriam from the task? Do you need any confirmation that I am me?

  How can I get in touch with support? I don’t have the credentials of the former administrator and I need to get my website up and running.

  Only the account holder has the authority to transfer the site ownership to you. You’ll need to contact the other person and have them transfer the site to your account.
