Expiring Domain, Cannot Renew?

  When I visit my site I am told my domain http://www.jacari.org is expiring and that I need to renew it. I click through to the link to renew domain mapping, and the payment will not process – it says my blog is not subscribed to these products.

  Under the My Upgrades section there are no plans. I have received no notification emails about my domain expiring.

  I am hosted on Bluehost so I don’t understand if I need to do something on WordPress for the site to continue to function.

  Any help much appreciated.

  Hey there!

  You can only see the option to renew your subscription info when you are the owner who initially paid for the upgrade under the account. You will need to contact the current owner and have him/her update the cc info and pay for the site.
