Expiring Will stop functioning
-
I updated my credit card details and now I get a message saying, “Expiring Will stop functioning on August 12, 2014” below “Manage Domain Subscriptions”. the domain I’m having problems with is thingsaboutme.me.
-
Sounds like you have the auto renew turned off and set to Manual Renew. Check that first.

I clicked on enable auto renew then the message was on tropicaljay.com. I then clicked on enable auto renew on that domain then the message went back to thingsaboutme.me.

now when I click to update my credit card details, I get a message saying, “Error authorizing credit card. Please contact WordPress.com support.”.

Hi there!
I just cleared the credit card block on that upgrade for you. The block was likely caused by too many attempts to update the credit card information. You should be able to update now.
Any upgrade that says “This upgrade will expire in X months on XXX” has auto renew disabled. You can clear these messages by enabling auto renew as auxclass explained.
Can you attempt to enable auto renew on the domain thingsaboutme.me again? If it works, but one of your other domains now shows an expiration message, leave it like that and respond here. I’ll look into why that’s happening!

Hi there!
I’ve put in a request for our team to take a look. I’ll let you know when I hear back from them!
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with in the meantime!

Hello!
Our team has patched a slight bug in our auto renew functionality. You should be able to enable auto renew on all of your subscriptions without issue now!
Let me know if you have any further issues!
