Expiry of domain names

  We have 3 domain names which are showing as expired yesterday, how do I renew them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  crisisthinking.co.uk. – is not registered with WordPress.COM so you need to contact the registrar to renew it – did not check the others

  For domain mapping – you need to log in as the account that owns the upgrade to renew it – is there another account that might have purchased the domain mapping?

  I will also flag this for staff attention if you need additional help

  Hi Isobel,

  After looking into your account, I could not find any domains in the account under the username:

  isobelnicholas

  I see that all the domain mapping upgrades have been added to a different account, but as @auxclass mentioned those domains are not registered through us. Side note, all the domain mapping upgrades have been renewed up to 2015. You need both the domain registration and mapping to be renewed for the domain to work.

  It looks like the registrar for your domains are: LCN.COM as seen here:

  It looks like the domains’ registrations are set to expire in 2016, so I think you should be set, but please contact your domains’ registrar to confirm.
