Explain RSS Feed and how do I set it up for my blog?

  I’m still pretty new at some of the Widgets. What exactly is the RSS feed and how do I use it? I’d like to have for use on my Author Page at Amazon.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. Are you referring to historyweaver.wordpress.com? This page explains what an RSS feed is and how to find the addresses of your different RSS feeds:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

  In fact, you can access your blog’s posts and comments feeds on the top right corner of your blog.
