Trying to reverse this calamity on https://photosynthetic.wordpress.com/
If you click on the tiled imagery in any of my posts to get a carousel, the carousel page breaks up into misaligned sections of text and other pictures so impossible to navigate to the next slide. The last thing I did before everything went wrong was to check the box in the writing settings ‘WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically’
Now would I get things back to normal? Unchecking the settings does not bring it all back.I am using Hero theme in a wordpress.com site, this is my first submission to the forum, and I am a newbie!

Your site is marked private so I cannot see what is happening there.
The issue that you mentioned was resolved for most users over the past weekend following a fix rolled out by Staff. Please let us know if you still see the problem after logging out and deleting your browser’s cache and cookies (or alternatively try viewing in a different browser).
If you still do have this issue after doing the above, please return to the forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag in the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance.
