Explorer package purchase not showing up

I recently purchased adamfarms.com and the explorer package. However, wordpress randomly added different domains ontop of the domain I purchased and nowhere does the explorer package exist. I cannot figure out how to contact wordpress and am wondering if this is the reason why wix is doing so well. I have never had this many problems with technology in my life. I either need to explorer package to start showing up or a refund. This is literally making me go insane. Should I hack wordpress and take my money back manually? I’ve never been so confused in my life. How there isn’t a number to a human to resolve this idk how wordpress is still in business. I’m considering moving to a different platform because of how hard this has been to resolve and still isn’t resolved.
